Kim is a born and bred Sonoma County native with years of experience. As a seasoned top producing agent, Kim has sold over $100 million in Sonoma County real estate.

From her roots in Windsor and Santa Rosa, Kim traveled to Humboldt County for a college soccer career followed by spending time in Oceanside and Las Vegas. Time away gave Kim the ability to truly conceptualize the beauty back in her hometown. Moving back to Sonoma County gave her a deep understanding of its unique landscape and culture. Her heart will forever stay a northern CA gal!

Kim's real estate career began in late 2016 and has taken off with a speedy trajectory. As the Team Lead for Prosper Real Estate for 8 years before joing W Real Estate, she has found a deep love for first time buyers and the joy of handing over the keys. Even more so than the final key toss, the intricacies of the education component have become her favorite part in a transaction. "I want all my buyers to feel like they are educated and empowered to make the best decision for their family. And when we do run a transaction with the education component first, I have found that my buyers ALWAYS have faith in the process, and it removes the fear of the unknown."

This career has allowed Kim to live her passion for helping others and creating connections with her buyers and sellers who she may have never met otherwise. Kim is the proud mother to her daughter, Charlie and her son, Niko. Kim and her husband, Tommy, reside in Rohnert Park where they are actively involved in coaching their kid's sports team. Kim is also an avid soccer player and an active member of the recovery community!
